We have arrived home safely last night.
I would like to thank your guide (Mr Chen) for being patient and professional in handling our tour.
Below are some suggestions/area for improvements you may want to take up with your partners:
a) Meals on restaurant (day 1, last day etc)
Generally the food/dishes are excellent, and probably too much.
Freeflow drinks (warm water) available throughout meals. This is great.
Will be good if your tour guide could get some feedback (we provided him some feedback to make some changes to dishes) on meals and liaise with the next restaurant (next meals) to ensure adjustment can be made within the package. Generally, too much meat and too little vegetables. Vegetarian is a challenge. I noticed most of the dishes are similar
and lack of choices. Suggest they provide 2-3 types of vegetables.
b) Hotel in Cat Ba
Great for room and food.
c) Great for room and buffet breakfast.
d) Overnight on junk
Great except warm water.
e) Overnight on train
Good experiences.
f) Hotel in Sapa (Royal View).
Great for room.
g) Tour Guide / Driver / Attendance
Mr Chen (Tour Guide) is flexible and is able to communicate well with drivers and your partners. He could explained well the places where we go and share his experiences and telling some good stories to team members laugh. Indeed, he is great.
Bus drivers are patient and take good care while on the road.
This is great.
Bus attendance are helpful and take care of us very well. This is also great.
In summary, we have a great experiences and getting to know Vietnam better.
