We have finished our holiday in Myanmar and overall it worked very well.
All the hotels were of a good standard, clean and what we expected. Even the guest house at Mindat was of an acceptable standard.
All the guides were excellent with a high level of knowledge and a reasonable, or good level of English. They were all helpful and found us nice restaurants for lunch and all worked really hard to try to make our holiday successful.
The drivers were all good, but we should particularly say that the driver of the Jeep to Chin state was excellent. He was careful, safe, helpful and did his best to make the journey as smooth as possible on very bumpy roads.
